When installing the fan, the wall on one side must be sealed. In particular, there should be no gaps around it. A good way to install is to close doors and windows close to the wall. Open the door or window on the wall opposite the fan to ensure smooth, straight airflow.
1. Before installation
① Before installation, carefully check whether the fan is intact, whether the fastener bolts are loose or fallen off, and whether the impeller collides with the hood. Check carefully whether the blades or louvers have been deformed or damaged during transportation.
② When installing and selecting the air outlet environment, attention should be paid to the fact that there should not be too many obstacles within 2.5-3M on the opposite side of the air outlet.
2.During the installation process
① Stable installation: When installing agricultural and animal husbandry fans, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan and adjust the stability of the fan and the foundation. After installation, the motor must not tilt.
② During installation, the adjusting bolts of the motor should be placed in a convenient location. The belt tension can be easily adjusted during use.
③ When installing the bearing, the bearing and the foundation plane must be stable. Where necessary, angle steel reinforcements should be installed next to the fan.
④ After installation, check the sealing around the fan. If there are gaps, they can be sealed with solar panels or glass glue.
3. After installation
① After installation, check whether there are tools and debris inside the fan. Move the fan blades by hand or lever, check whether they are too tight or friction, whether there are objects that hinder the rotation, whether there are any abnormalities, and then perform a test run.
② During operation, when the fan vibrates or the motor makes a “buzzing” sound or other abnormal phenomena, it should be stopped for inspection, repaired and then turned on again.
